"I was nervous at first. I don't like change and with 120 properties I didn't want to change. But what we had just didn't work for us, we wanted more payment options for our tenants. We looked around for a few months, watching demo after demo with all the software tools google can provide...read all the reviews...thought they sounded good, then after a few detailed questions with the "other guys" we'd learn the sales people were just "selling" us. We almost gave up, until we decided to sign up for a trial with your software. After talking with one of your account managers it was obvious, he wasn't just there to sell the product and move on. He completely understood what we needed and then made sure it all happened for us...The implementation was done in only a few days. The first month was unbelievable. The automated invoicing was turned on before the month started and we had over 90% of our rents collected before the 8th of the month and the tenants even paid their late fees because the system emailed them a late fee invoice on top of their regular rent invoice...I didn't realize the system did this! We never in 20 years accomplished this. We usually got 90% the rent in by around the 15th of the month and owner disbursements out by the 20th. In our first month using the software we had the owner disbursement out by the 10th and I had only spent a few hours in the software learning it. Our second month, we got our merchant account set up and started taking payments online and making our owner disbursement online, wow, I love it! So easy to use and so automated. We now get our disbursements out by the 8th of the month! Support is wonderful and our account manager is so easy to talk with and understands property management!
